Our meat and cheese lasagna is 12 Layers of paper thin egg pasta made in our facility using Canadian egg and flour. We do not use any additives or preservatives. Our sauce is simmered for a full 8 hrs causing the California tomatoes to caramelize giving our sauce a slight natural sweetness. Our meat sauce is made of 100% lean beef.
Our eggplant parmigiana is thinly sliced coated in flour then drenched in egg and finely coated with our exclusive bread crumb mix that we blend using 3 separate breads. This mixture adds 21 spices of flavor to our parmigiana.
Our meat balls are made of 100% lean ground beef. We add a limited amount of spices as to overpower the marinara sauce that we simmer our meatballs in after they come from the oven.
